"content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I rise to support the Motion which has been moved by the Special Funds Accounts Committee. I am a Member of this Committee. We deliberated on several issues that have been shared. We have too many overriding issues in management of funds. The Government has to be very keen in that area so that whenever any funds are allocated, they are put into proper use. The challenge we have is the delays and lack of proper direction in the use of the funds. I support the Motion which has come at the right time. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker."
