    "content": "The other issue is long outstanding receivables. We have realised that there are uncollectible debts. Some of the people who borrowed died a long time ago. It is good for the National Treasury to expedite the process of writing off some of these debts to ensure that we clean up our system and books. There is also the issue of presentation of financial statements, which we have already done."
