    "content": "Bonchari, UPA): Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I rise to second this Motion. We all need to be alive to the requirements or the need to take care of our dead. All over the country, you do not find any well-maintained cemetery. That is something that needs to be looked into by the two levels of governments urgently, so that our dead can have decent and respectful places where they rest in peace and bless us so that they do not turn in their graves cursing us."
