"content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I want to thank all the Members for their contribution, including the senior Members. When I first joined Parliament, Hon. KJ advised me that you pick a course and stick to it. This is my course, and you can clearly see it as well. Hon. Temporary Speaker, there is the issue of identifying genuine squatters. This Motion is crafted in a way that will enable us identify genuine squatters so that people do not take advantage of this issue. Due to absentee landlords, possession takes forever as has been noticed. So, who do we sue in court? This is one of the issues my constituents have raised."
