    "content": "This is a matter they should look into a fresh and ensure the employee is compensated by receiving his dues. To all employers, it is now routine that as an employee approaches retirement age, he is reminded every day on days or months remaining. There is no reason why an employer should not start computing pension dues towards the terminal end of the employment of every employee. I think as a House we need to look at the pensions law, retirement laws, retirement benefits and others to ensure that we protect employees as they go on retirement. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
