"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise on a point of order concerning the matter you have just ruled on. I thank you for the direction you have given that we will have time to discuss the Motion of Adjournment by Hon. Ruku. But as you are aware, the architect and design of our Standing Orders do not provide that we get a resolution or direction at the end of the debate. Additionally, as you are aware, education is a fundamental right and its access should not be overemphasised. Therefore, I humbly request that, under Standing Order 25A(b), after debating the Motion, we should call the Cabinet Secretary for Education to shed more light on the matter and give the House relevant information about the new funding model for new university students. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
