When I compare results from my constituency with those from other sub-counties in Bomet County, Chepalungu Constituency normally leads, meaning that the teachers do their work properly. Surprisingly, in the last interview that they did, zero out of the 56 who were called for interviews got promotion letters. While I support the Petition and in so far as TSC is independent, I would like to understand what really happened.
