THAT the Speakers and Clerks of both Houses of Parliament shall provide secretariat and any other necessary support to facilitate the work of the National Dialogue Committee. Hon. Speaker, as I move the Motion, allow me to mention a few things. Members will appreciate the need for this National Dialogue Committee. Kenyans and Members of Parliament are aware that this Motion is the results of a consultative meeting that His Excellency the President of the Republic of Kenya, in his capacity as the Fifth President of Kenya, held with the Leader of the Azimio One-Kenya Alliance Coalition, the former Prime Minister, Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga."
