Out there, the public is still crying that they have not been refunded the money they invested in the Initial Public Officer (IPO) of Safaricom Limited. The Minister is today misleading this House that one of the success stories is Safaricom Limited. Even the shares of Safaricom after the privatization plummeted from Kshs5 to Kshs3. Can we allow this Minister to continue misleading the House as if the House is full of computer errors the way his office is?"
