"content": " Hon. Speaker, I am a very excited Kenyan tonight. I thank the leadership of this dialogue team, starting with Hon. Kimani Ichung’wah and Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka. As the leadership or Members of Parliament from marginalized communities, we took the liberty to go and present our issues and ourselves on the first day this team met at Bomas of Kenya but we were told they were not ready. This evening I am very excited by the mandate of the National Dialogue Committee. Let me quote it for the record: “The mandate of the National Dialogue Committee shall be to facilitate dialogue and consensus The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
