I thought you said that the Government will be lending its portion to the banks at the rate of 6 per cent and the banks are lending between 14 per cent and 16 per cent? What is reasonable and what is not reasonable? There is a whole turf between 6 per cent and 16 per cent. There is a 10 per cent difference. Who is reasonable? Is the Government reasonable or the banks?"
