    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me an opportunity. I rise to support this, Bill. Sugarcane is an important commodity for the development of our country. Our policy is self-sufficiency, and we have the capacity to export. Look at where we are now; we are importing at a very high cost, yet we can produce this. Our policy is to sit as an agent of employment but look at what is happening in those sugar-growing areas.
