    "content": "The submissions by the stakeholders will be taken into consideration while crafting the final amendments of the Bill. That is key because it is not just a public relations exercise. The Committee takes public participation by the various stakeholders who appeared before it very seriously. It is important for us to take some of their opinions. Of course, without anticipating debate, as had been said, the Committee agreed with a few of the comments given by different stakeholders. We will be including those proposals through amendments during the Committee of the whole House."
