    "content": "I have talked about the national carbon registry, which is key. It will go a long way in trying to have a transparent and accountable registry. With a few recommendations from the private sector, we will have it opened in the law. We accepted that it should be opened so that you can easily request when you want to do a search and easily get the results you want. One important issue is the share of the proceeds for the communities.
