He cannot question the existence of this Bill on the basis of him and another Member having brought a Bill that deals with carbon credit trading. I want to ask the Member for Mbeere North, in line with Standing Order 90, to declare whether he has any interest in carbon credit trading in the country or elsewhere... He cannot use his position as a Member of Parliament to advance private business on the Floor of this House."
