    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I thank all Members who have contributed to this Bill and for their support. As I said, I hope we will all be keen to take maximum advantage of the carbon credits market and derive value for our constituents. Also, in line with the Paris Agreement, we should ensure that sustainable development and alleviation of poverty become a crucial cog as we get in the carbon credit market. I take this opportunity to thank Hon. Ruku, who unsuccessfully attempted to oppose the Bill. I advised him that next time, the best thing will be to declare an interest, if any. I know other Bills from private Members like Hon. Ruku and Hon. Lekuton. We invite them to enrich their Bills with part of what has been said here and before. I beg to reply."
