    "content": "we succeed, this model should also be replicated in other areas of development where public funds have been under-invested. As I conclude, it is also important to think about the many water companies we created because of an Act of this Parliament. Every county in this country has eight to 10 small water bodies, most of which are not economically viable. They cannot maintain their systems and invest adequately. I hope that the movers of this Bill can also, in their wisdom, see whether we can improve the current model. Based on that, I fully support this Water Bill. We hope we have better days ahead in this country. Thank you."
