    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I want to add my voice to this important issue. As everybody else has said, water is life, but it is sad that we are still talking about this many years after Independence. I support the idea of using PPPs to get water to our people. The PPPs can connect water to small-scale holdings, and the local communities can get water from dams and rivers. We need sources to sustain the water supply to the communities in need. At the same time, at the national level, the Government can use PPPs on a larger scale to cover larger areas. For small areas, we can use the locals in conjunction with the Government to join in PPP to get water for our people. Water is essential, and we need it. We need to strongly support a Bill like this one and take action. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker."
