    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I am, indeed, sad that the Cabinet Secretary is not answering the direct question of flagging off these children and welcoming them. My point of order is that he may not be well briefed about the Special Olympics. Special Olympics from my experience are games where all children go together because traditionally the opening and closing ceremonies are traditional. The reason they went on different dates was purely because of late procurement of air tickets when the games had already commenced."
