    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if you look at the answer and the explanation given, it seems as if the Government intended to assist some banks to make money. You cannot give out money at 6 per cent and then you allow banks to lend it at whatever rate. It is like the Government had a fixed deposit with these institutions. I support the idea that this matter be referred to the relevant Committee now that it has been raised, so that it can be investigated further and proper guidelines given when the money is given out."
