At a time when we are all lamenting about how the Cabinet Secretary has performed, I would like to congratulate him on the National Secondary School Ball Games that took place at Bukhungu Stadium, Kakamega. That was really nice. I did not know it was the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Sports and the Arts that did that. Kenyans are saying that they are ready to go and pay to watch our local matches. That was very good."
