    "content": "In this case, this matter came before this House on Thursday, last week. This case was only filed yesterday, when the House was already seized of the mater, and when the Joint Committees of the House had already deliberated upon the matter and subsequently tabled a Report before this House. Therefore, there was no pending litigation before the court at the time the matter arose before this House. Mr. Speaker, Sir, we need to be very clear, so that in the event that any litigants were seeking to abuse the process of court by tying the hands of this House, they would have attempted to shut the stable long after the horse had bolted. We need to make that very clear, so that we guard the supremacy of this House against any abuse or attempted assault on its supremacy. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
