    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the other important issue I would urge the Chair to look into is the fact that Parliament is deliberating on its legislative agenda. The process of Committee looking into this delegated legislation is in pursuit of its legislative agenda. There is no way that can cause any prejudice to the proceedings in the High Court to stop Parliament from proceeding with its legislative agenda. If this were to happen, it would set a very dangerous precedent."
