    "content": "I have also looked at the various past rulings. Not every litigation before the court that will suffice to deem proceedings of this House sub judice . This is one particular case where the proceedings have been instituted right in the proceedings of Parliament. If this was to be allowed, it would, therefore, become an avenue for gagging Parliament and its independence. We need to ensure that no such avenue is allowed to gag Parliament and its independence. We must safeguard against such avenues."
