If I tell Hon. Shakeel that he is stealing, or warn him that these must be proceeds of crime, that does not amount to tipping off. I do not know whether the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs (JLAC) is listening. Hon. Millie and I are asking: There is a provision in which amendments were made to the fact that, if I tell Hon. Shakeel that he is stealing or that these proceeds are as a result of theft, that will not amount to tipping off. That is what we are asking. In what provision of law have we included this amendment that we have?"
