    "content": "On the other hand, there was also an amendment on the same Clause 5(e) which deleted the word “and” immediately after the words “feed business”. That also needs to accompany that. If we add the words ‘and animal’, we will be forced to add them everywhere in the Bill. We have clearly defined what we mean by ‘feed’. It means livestock feed."
