    "content": "THAT, Clause 9 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph― “(d) liase with competent authorities to identify and advise on policy gaps and inadequate regulation on food safety and feed safety official control;” (b) in paragraph (i), by inserting the words “coordination of official control of” immediately after the words “necessary to ensure” The reason is to limit the scope of exercise of official control by the Controller.
