    "content": "It would only be fair for us to adjourn until tomorrow when our sugar levels would have risen. We can then rationally discuss the Bill. Hon. Temporary Speaker, when you came in, Members remained seated because their sugar levels were too low that understanding the issues raised was difficult. We have been here since 9.30 a.m. We have eaten everything in the restaurant until there is nothing left. Even the Sergeant-at-Arms could not tell us to rise as you came in to take the Chair because their sugar levels were also too low."
