    "content": " Yes. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I also rise to support this Bill. I want to thank Hon. Wangwe. My father and I are Sugarcane farmers. I started it when I was in the Senate. We face many challenges today. This Bill came in the last Parliament, and for the first time, we can finalise it. And as many of our colleagues have spoken, we hope the Senate will not sit on it again. We need to finalise the challenges many Sugarcane farmers face in this country.
