    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I am on a point of Order. Therefore, the Leader of the Majority Party cannot overrule my point of Order. I have amendments to the Climate Change (Amendment) Bill and the Food and Feed Safety Control Bill. We are moving at supersonic speed. I would like to know whether the House has received my amendments. Are we going to prosecute my amendments this morning? From the history of this House, I rarely come here in the morning, but I have been here since we began because I take my work seriously, especially on the business of the Committee of the whole House to scrutinise Bills clause by clause. I also want to correct the Leader of the Majority Party that we are at the Committee of the whole House stage, not the Third Reading. When we move at supersonic speed and deny Members a chance to prosecute their amendments…"
