Speaker to approve their amendments even when a matter is already on the Floor. You have often had your amendment approved by the Hon. Speaker even when the matter is on the Floor being debated. Let us not split the hairs on this matter. The Hon. Speaker already ruled on how we are going to proceed. I will not entertain any further points of order on this matter.
