Temporary Speaker, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 4. Hon. Temporary Speaker, the effect of the amendment by the Leader of the Majority Party is to remove the issue of public participation as contained in the Schedule. I seek to retain the elaborate public participation in climate change matters as contained in the current Act. I, therefore, move."
