    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairman, I support this amendment to be part of this law. I know this is a drafting issue of a fine not exceeding Ksh500 million which looks very good. The sentence of ten years also looks very good, but when you say not exceeding, it means you can get a minimum sentence. I think we need to think through this. I thought it would have more specific terms so that it serves as a deterrent. I support. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman."
