    "content": "(3) A limitation of a right under subsection (1) shall apply only for the purpose of the prevention, detection, investigation and prosecution of proceeds of crime, money laundering and financing of terrorism. Again, it is for the same reasons I have given above. The amendments are to align the Act with the Constitution on the justification of human rights, so that the rights of these people are not infringed upon. This is just to align the Act with the Constitution in terms of infringement of human rights."
