Therefore, if adding the word “warrant” assures that the rights of these people will be taken care of in a better way, it is an amendment that we are willing to accommodate. I agree that we adopt Hon. TJ Kajwang’s amendment and add that ‘the person’s home or property may be searched with a warrant’."
