    "content": "All these laws must be within the confines of the Constitution. We expect that sharing of this information will be within the Data Protection Act. Therefore, passing this law does not give any powers to break any other law of the land. With that, I do not think we need to add that. The amendment by Hon. TJ Kajwang’ suffices, in terms of enshrining the rights of these people."
