    "content": " I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended- (c) in the proposed amendments to the Banking Act— (ii) in the proposed new Section 33E (1) by deleting the words “this section” and substituting therefor the words “section 33D of this Act”. This is in line with Article 24 of the Human Rights."
