"content": " Yes, Hon. Temporary Speaker. Hon. Kiarie has said that the Board is likely to manage the fund. I would like to create comfort for all the Members of this House that the Sugar Board will not manage any funds. There shall be the Commodities Fund, where the funds will be domiciled.
