    "content": "They are protected by Article 26(1) of the Constitution just like any other Kenyan. They have a right to life. No one should be scared of engaging or investing in any business. From Hon. Emaase’s Motion, it is clear that the insecurity started with bicycles, and then moved to motorcycles. They will soon move on to cars, buses and matatus. In the long run, no one will be safe in this country. The matter has to be contained now."
