"content": "I laud the Kenyan intelligence system, which is extremely good. I am sure they know everyone who is involved in crime. They need to pick up criminals and prosecute them. Penalties should be applied in the severest sense to ensure that offenders do not go back to criminal activities of taking lives, destroying a thriving industry, and intimidating people who are trying to earn a decent living through hard work.
