    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to support the Motion. I believe it is time that this country has a national dialogue. I agree that it is long overdue and that, incorporating the civil society is something that is much needed. However, I have noted that it is written that the National Dialogue Committee will be there to facilitate dialogue, to build consensus, and to recommend appropriate constitutional, legal and policy reforms. When you look at the job description that this Committee has been given, it is squarely the exact same job description that we have for the National Cohesion and Integration Commission.
