    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am rather taken aback by the Minister’s answer when he says that the health facility in Matiliku is not a district hospital. Indeed, Matiliku District Hospital is the only district hospital in Nzaui District which was created in 2007. This district was not among the 100 new districts created last year. I would like the Minister to tell us if, indeed, this is not a district hospital, under what circumstances the current District Medical Officer, Dr. Ndambuki who is operating in this district was posted to that hospital."
