    "content": "Finally, we now find ourselves operating in the digital space and yet, we do not have sufficient laws that enable us to place ourselves properly in the dynamic nature of digital reforms. I encourage the Chair together with the CEOs of the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and the Communications Authority of Kenya (CAK) to fast-track a digital sandbox. It will enable us to safeguard our people against any risks and adverse effects that come with the nature of not being properly prepared in the digital space, let alone not having proper reforms. We, as a country, need that."
