    "content": "In the last three or four years, interest rates have risen steadily even as the economy goes down. Financial inclusion is key, but we cannot assume that because we have M-Pesa, then we have reached a level where everyone is included. We need to ensure that inclusion also involves people being able to access credit at rates that encourage economic activity, and that do not kill the goose that laid the golden egg. The shilling is currently on a free fall. We are looking at the CBK and its Board to help the country so that we trade without the restrictions of the strong dollar."
