    "content": "I want to challenge the CBK Board on two issues. First, we have just rescued eight million Kenyans from predatory lenders. They had been listed in the Credit Reference Bureau (CRB). Therefore, the CBK Board needs to ensure that those predatory lenders do not come back to mislead the Kenyans whom we have enabled to participate in the economy once again through the hustler fund."
