    "content": "So, we need somebody who is part of it, so that the mess can be sorted out. Finally, on the issue of the Petition on elections, the deputy governors and deputy presidents, I think those are issues that will go to popular initiative and referendum. The Committee on Justice and legal Affairs and Human Rights should not waste their time because those are things that will end up in popular initiative.
