In the Statement, the Committee should: (1) state the number and causes of infant deaths recorded across Nakuru County from September, 2023 to date, particularly in Naivasha Sub County where there were recent reports of 25 infant deaths; (2) apprise the Senate on the capacity-building programmes undertaken by the healthcare workers in Nakuru County indicating whether there are plans by the County Government in partnership with the national Government on capacity-building"
