    "content": "“The term of the Office of the Director or an Assistant Director shall be five years.” Section 3(2) reads: “A person who has held office as Director or Assistant Director may be reappointed, but may not serve as Director for more than two terms or an Assistant Director for more than two terms.” If you read further down, Section 5(2), the language is different. It says: “The President, on the recommendation of the Advisory Board, may terminate a person’s appointment as Director or Assistant Director.”"
