As we move forward, I recommend that the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) use this situation and others before it to put a framework in place that can ensure protection of those who may be sexually harassed as well as protection for those who may harassed else-how for political and other purposes. Orwoba believes this House is not fair, sexual harassment is an offence under the Laws of Kenya. She can go to the courts and sue Mr. Nyegenye."
