    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, there is no bad blood between Mrs. Beth Mugo and myself. I just want to set the record clear that there is nothing personal that I am prosecuting here. All that we are doing as leaders on the Back Bench is offering the leadership that the Government has failed to provide. If that is going to be misconstrued to mean I am imputing improper motive, then so be it because somebody has to defend these people. The same Government allowed Unimix to be identified through single sourcing. Was this a deliberate effort to give them business in spite of them not being competent to give them an opportunity to off-load food stuffs which were stuck in their stores?"
